Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Footpatrol purchase, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all sneakers and apparel are returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging. Ensure sneaker boxes are protected inside a shipping box to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
